Prepaid cards are a financial product that allows you to spend money that you have already loaded onto the card. Unlike credit and debit cards, prepaid cards are not linked to bank accounts. Visa Prepaid Cards are accepted in 40 million locations around the world – in-store, online and ATMs.
Consumers and businesses use prepaid cards for everyday and business expenses, such as fuel, travel, stationery and other petty cash items.
Our Visa Prepaid Cards are protected by Visa’s Zero Liability Policy, which means that you won’t be held responsible for any fraudulent charges or unauthorised purchases made with your card or account information.
Your funds will be held securely at ANZ, one of Australia’s largest and most trusted banks.

You can have anywhere between 2 to 2,000 cards that you manage on the Card Management Portal. Cards will have your company name or cardholder names printed. You can change the number of cards you wish to have at anytime through the portal or by contacting us.
Once your application is approved and the card order is placed, your cards will arrive within 10 business days. We can courier the cards to you for bulk orders or if you need your cards urgently.
If the funds are coming from a major bank or financial institution, you will receive your funds within 1 business day. For all other banks, institutions or building/societies, it may take up to 2 business days.
You can also transfer funds between your Vasco Pay cards instantly.
The cards are valid for 3 years from when they are issued. You can check the expiry date on the back of the cards.
You will have access to track and download reports on all company card transactions through an online management portal. Your individual cardholders will be able to check their account balance via our mobile app.
