How can I use my Vasco Pay card?
You can use your card to pay via online shopping, in-store, PayWave, or withdraw cash from an ATM. To reload your card, transfer money from an Australian bank account.
How long does it take to receive money on your account?
If the funds are coming from a major bank or financial institution, you will receive your funds within 1 business day. For all other banks, institutions or building/societies, it may take up to 2 business days.
Do your cards work with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay?
Yes, your cards can be added Google, Apple and Samsung Pay! This is pretty straightforward, and we can guide you on the process.
Can I use Vasco Pay overseas?
You can use your Vasco Pay card anywhere that accepts Visa, but please note that you can only withdraw cash from ATMs within Australia.
Why do you have a monthly fee?
We charge a monthly fee to ensure we can deliver a high quality mobile app and prepaid banking service.
How will the monthly fees be processed?
If you own a company card, your company’s monthly fees will be invoiced to you each month.
If you are applying as an individual, then the monthly fees will be automatically deducted from your account.

How do I cancel my account? Can I get a refund?
We get it – things change and you no longer wish to our service. Simply contact us at [email protected] and we’ll cancel your account.
Is the Vasco Pay App compatible with my phone
The App is created for iOS and Android phones and tablets. To use our App, you must have a phone that is above Android version 8.0, so please check first that your phone is updated to the right version.
Are prepaid cards safe?
Like debit and credit cards, our Visa Prepaid Cards are protected by Visa’s Zero Liability Policy, which means that you won’t be held responsible for any fraudulent charges or unauthorised purchases made with your card or account information.
Your funds will be held securely at ANZ, one of Australia’s largest and most trusted banks.

What do I do if I lose my card?
You can log in your account online, and instantly block your card so that it becomes temporarily inactive. If your card belongs to your company, contact your Company Administrator who can block your card on your behalf.
We advise that your Company Administrator report your card as lost or stolen to us as soon as possible, so that we can issue you a new card.
Are there any limits to the card?
Yes, your maximum card balance is $10,000.
Can I load multiple currencies?
At this stage, you can only load AUD through bank to bank transfers.
What if I don’t want to give my employees access to the ATM?
If you wish to restrict cardholder access to ATMs, just let us know before you order your cards. Subject to our terms and conditions, we can set up cards that block users from ATM cash withdrawals.
